Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTURN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTURN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNA5SP412, and RPL32P8. Each is linked with MTURN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTURN-to-partner and partner-to-MTURN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by MTURN-low versus MTURN-high in UCEC.
