Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTURN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTURN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, eEF2, and eIF4G. Each is linked with MTURN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTURN-to-partner and partner-to-MTURN results are reported.
