MTURN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTURN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,259 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTURN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABTB1, ZNF783, and CDK5R1. Each is linked with MTURN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTURN-to-partner and partner-to-MTURN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTURN versus ABTB1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTURN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTURN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
