Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTSS2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MTSS2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MTSS2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTSS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where MTSS2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
