Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,021 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGIP1, CNRIP1, and EDNRA. Each is linked with MTSS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTSS2-to-partner and partner-to-MTSS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTSS2 versus SGIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
