MTSS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTSS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP175, SNORA10B, and IFI27L1. Each is linked with MTSS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTSS2-to-partner and partner-to-MTSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP175 grouped by MTSS2-low versus MTSS2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
