MTSS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTSS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,637 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTSS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NECTIN1, MTSS1_T258, and RPL7. Each is linked with MTSS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTSS1-to-partner and partner-to-MTSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTSS1 versus NECTIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
