MTSS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTSS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,806 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWDE, S100A12, and ACP7. Each is linked with MTSS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTSS1-to-partner and partner-to-MTSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTSS1 versus VWDE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
