Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTSS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,522 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTSS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to biphenyl, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Axoneme assembly. Each is linked with MTSS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTSS1-to-partner and partner-to-MTSS1 results are reported.
