MTSS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTSS1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lenalidomide, PAK_5339, and FS112. Each is linked with MTSS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTSS1-to-partner and partner-to-MTSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lenalidomide grouped by MTSS1-low versus MTSS1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
