MTRR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,725 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, TARS1, and PDCD6. Each is linked with MTRR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRR-to-partner and partner-to-MTRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTRR versus NSUN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
