Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,632 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTRR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMD1, OTULIN, and ZKSCAN1. Each is linked with MTRR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRR-to-partner and partner-to-MTRR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTRR versus SAMD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
