Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL37, RTCB, and SRM. Each is linked with MTRR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRR-to-partner and partner-to-MTRR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL37 grouped by MTRR-low versus MTRR-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
