Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and STAT5a. Each is linked with MTRR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRR-to-partner and partner-to-MTRR results are reported.
