Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTRR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, KRT85, and C1orf158. Each is linked with MTRR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRR-to-partner and partner-to-MTRR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA7 grouped by MTRR-low versus MTRR-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
