Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTRNR2L6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MTRNR2L6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MTRNR2L6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTRNR2L6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where MTRNR2L6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
