Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MTRNR2L13 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MTRNR2L13 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CHOL. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MTRNR2L13 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, MTRNR2L13 RNA expression shows 8,892 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Together, these results highlight CHOL, COAD, and ACC as cancer lineages where MTRNR2L13 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
