Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTRNR2L10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTRNR2L10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DICER1, WNK2, and COL3A1. Each is linked with MTRNR2L10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRNR2L10-to-partner and partner-to-MTRNR2L10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DICER1 grouped by MTRNR2L10-low versus MTRNR2L10-high in CNS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRNR2L10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRNR2L10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
