Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRNR2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,531 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTRNR2L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Proton transmembrane transport. Each is linked with MTRNR2L1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRNR2L1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRNR2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by MTRNR2L1-low versus MTRNR2L1-high in STAD.
