MTRNR2L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRNR2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRNR2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, RNU6-859P, and OR52J1P. Each is linked with MTRNR2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRNR2L1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRNR2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3JP1 grouped by MTRNR2L1-low versus MTRNR2L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRNR2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRNR2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
