MTRF1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRF1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,033 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRF1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2G3, ZNHIT3, and SUGT1-DT. Each is linked with MTRF1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRF1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTRF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2G3 grouped by MTRF1L-low versus MTRF1L-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
