MTRF1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTRF1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,060 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRF1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Regulation of chromosome separation, and Chromosome segregation. Each is linked with MTRF1L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRF1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTRF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription grouped by MTRF1L-low versus MTRF1L-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
