MTRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,538 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, PDS5B, and TDRD3. Each is linked with MTRF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTRF1 versus ZMYM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
