Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,034 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, CARD16, and APOBEC3G. Each is linked with MTRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTRF1 versus LGALS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
