MTRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS235_S236, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MTRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S6_pS235_S236 grouped by MTRF1-low versus MTRF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
