MTRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NHLH2, OR52K1, and KIR2DS4. Each is linked with MTRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NHLH2 grouped by MTRF1-low versus MTRF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
