Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,432 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, AIDA, and PRUNE1. Each is linked with MTR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTR-to-partner and partner-to-MTR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTR versus RO60 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
