Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,450 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABI3BP, BNC2, and PODN. Each is linked with MTR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTR-to-partner and partner-to-MTR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTR versus ABI3BP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
