Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,670 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM269, EI24, and FAM136A. Each is linked with MTR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTR-to-partner and partner-to-MTR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM269 grouped by MTR-low versus MTR-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
