Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,223 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are C8orf74, PRSS57, and SLC5A1. Each is linked with MTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTR-to-partner and partner-to-MTR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C8orf74 grouped by MTR-low versus MTR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
