Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTPAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,628 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTPAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3619, OR1E2, and MIR6090. Each is linked with MTPAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPAP-to-partner and partner-to-MTPAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3619 grouped by MTPAP-low versus MTPAP-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTPAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTPAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
