MTPAP

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTPAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTPAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Di-Ras3, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MTPAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPAP-to-partner and partner-to-MTPAP results are reported.
