Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTPAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,370 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTPAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA 3'-end processing, Mitochondrial RNA processing, and Nuclear pore complex assembly. Each is linked with MTPAP in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPAP-to-partner and partner-to-MTPAP results are reported.
