MTPAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTPAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTPAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA1C, TACR3, and CGB8. Each is linked with MTPAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPAP-to-partner and partner-to-MTPAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA1C grouped by MTPAP-low versus MTPAP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTPAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTPAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
