Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,386 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTOR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC2, SPEN_S727, and SSU72. Each is linked with MTOR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTOR-to-partner and partner-to-MTOR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
