Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTOR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,759 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTOR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RICTOR, RPTOR, and RUSF1. Each is linked with MTOR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTOR-to-partner and partner-to-MTOR results are reported.
