Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR2DL4, KLRD1, and IRAK3. Each is linked with MTOR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTOR-to-partner and partner-to-MTOR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
