Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,726 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTOR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to methionine, Response to methionine, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with MTOR in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTOR-to-partner and partner-to-MTOR results are reported.
