MTNR1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTNR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,528 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTNR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are COG1, BPY2DP, and PGAM5. Each is linked with MTNR1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTNR1B-to-partner and partner-to-MTNR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COG1 grouped by MTNR1B-low versus MTNR1B-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTNR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTNR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
