Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MTND6P19 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MTND6P19 expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MTND6P19 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Additionally, MTND6P19 RNA expression shows 4,625 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Together, these results highlight ACC, READ, and KIRC as cancer lineages where MTND6P19 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
