The most reproducible MTND6P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-arginine modification, ATP metabolic process, and Regulation of vesicle size. Each is linked with MTND6P14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND6P14-to-partner and partner-to-MTND6P14 results are reported.
