Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND5P41 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND5P41 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MTND5P41 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND5P41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and ACC are the cancer types where MTND5P41 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
