MTND5P32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND5P32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,572 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND5P32-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP23, MTCO3P23, and MTND3P12. Each is linked with MTND5P32 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND5P32-to-partner and partner-to-MTND5P32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P32 versus MTCYBP23 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND5P32→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND5P32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
