MTND5P32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND5P32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,992 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND5P32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MNDA, MYO1F, and SKAP2. Each is linked with MTND5P32 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND5P32-to-partner and partner-to-MTND5P32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P32 versus MNDA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND5P32→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND5P32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
