The most reproducible MTND5P22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of DNA biosynthetic process, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with MTND5P22 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND5P22-to-partner and partner-to-MTND5P22 results are reported.
