Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4P19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,282 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND4P19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MTND4P19 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P19-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P19 results are reported.
