Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND4LP17 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND4LP17 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MTND4LP17 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND4LP17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

UCS, GBM, and STAD are the cancer types where MTND4LP17 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
