Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND4LP12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND4LP12 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MTND4LP12 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND4LP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC show a favorable association.

LUAD, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where MTND4LP12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
