Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND3P19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND3P19 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MTND3P19 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND3P19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRP show a favorable association.
BLCA, PAAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where MTND3P19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
