Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND2P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,304 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND2P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete ncRNA transcription, Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with MTND2P5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND2P5-to-partner and partner-to-MTND2P5 results are reported.
